Normally turn it on whenever we need, however, for saving energy, some of them are automatic as well.

Form and Scale
This product is aimed to be handy which only one hand is needed when installing and adjusting, it is also round-edgeded to henhance feeling of touching and interation with the product itself.
Material Consideration
The sphere and axis needs to be as light weight as possible because it's used to change the direction of the light. Therefore, it will be using High Desity Polyethylene because it's light weight, low cost and suitable for mass production. Which is also a perfect material to be used in Injection molding, that can easily be fabricate into parts
Material used to manufacture the cover of light and the switch, battery needs to be strong and durable, as well we able to resist heat as light and battery might heat up after a long time use.
Therefore, Polyethylene is chosen because it's high strength, strong and lightweight. With the use of blow molding, it can easilt form into hollowed shape and curved corner can be more accurate using air to stretch out the plastic.
Square LED light is chosen with a matte cover, it will change the light into a softer brightness which wouldn't shines too bright to the cabinet and user's eye. White light would be the final option because it's clear and cool.
